Over the past 27 years, Woda Management has been a leader in residential real estate development and property management, overseeing upwards of 200 properties throughout numerous regions of the United States. Always looking to expand, Woda Management will soon debut a new Pennsylvania development specifically designed for senior living.

Later this year, Woda will open a new complex in Erie, Pennsylvania, named Willow Commons, which will consist of 45 units (29 are one-bedroom, 16 are two-bedroom) for senior citizens who are 62 years of age and over. In order to be eligible to live at the complex, seniors must have income that is under 60 percent of the area’s average. Willow Commons will be constructed adjacent to (and including part of) the old Wesleyville Public School, with the company having strategically repurposed parts of the school building for the project.
Some of the complex’s features include a common meeting room equipped with a kitchen, a shared laundry facility, and a dedicated exercise area. Woda also plans to construct a community garden the grounds, as well as a gazebo for leisurely sitting.
